ARTI – Autonomous Robot Technology GmbH is the contracting seller for orders and quotations made through AI Robot Supplier unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
AI Robot Supplier supplies and sources professional technology products including robotics, automation equipment, computing hardware, medical and laboratory equipment, industrial technology and related products.
Depending on the individual product, an item may be available for direct purchase, special order, supplier-confirmed sourcing or quotation.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product:
- titles;
- descriptions;
- specifications;
- model information;
- images;
- compatibility information;
- condition;
- availability; and
- pricing.
Certain products may be available in different:
- configurations;
- revisions;
- specifications;
- accessories;
- software versions;
- conditions; or
- regional variants.
Where additional confirmation is required, the applicable quotation, invoice or order confirmation will identify the configuration included in the transaction.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

10. Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received, inspected where applicable and approved, AI Robot Supplier will process the applicable refund within 2 business days.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
After we process a refund, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depending on:
- the customer’s bank;
- card issuer;
- payment processor; or
- financial institution.

11. Exchanges
Eligible exchanges are accepted according to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Exchange availability depends on the requested replacement product being available.
Where the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

- an applicable refund.
12. Order Cancellations
